Road Surfacing Operatives - Full Time | Coleraine Area
Riada Resourcing is recruiting on behalf of a well-established surfacing and groundworks contractor working throughout the North Coast and surrounding areas. Due to continued growth, they are seeking Road Surfacing Operatives to join a busy team delivering surfacing and groundwork projects across commercial, residential and private sector sites.

- £Competitive pay rates
- Full-Time | Permanent
- Monday to Friday | 7:30am to 5:00pm
- 2 weeks off in July & Christmas

What You'll Be Doing:
- Laying and finishing tarmac, asphalt and SMA surfacing.
- Assisting with road construction and resurfacing projects.
- Preparing sites ahead of surfacing works.
- Carrying out excavation and groundwork activities.
- Installing kerbs, edging and drainage systems.
- Repairing and resurfacing existing roads, driveways and pathways.
- Operating tools and equipment safely and effectively.
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship.
- Following all health and safety procedures.
- Working as part of a team to deliver projects on time and to specification.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in road surfacing, tarmacking, asphalt laying or groundworks.
- Valid CSR Card.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Good understanding of site health and safety requirements.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Reliable, hardworking and punctual.
- Positive attitude and strong team-working skills.
