Corporate Services Officer - Belfast
Join the public sector in Belfast as a Corporate Services Officer and play key part in providing a broad range of administrative and site facility support.
About the role:
- £14.06 per hour
- Belfast HQ, Knockbracken
- 37.5 hours a week
- Temporary, approximately 6 months

What you'll be doing in this role:
- Provide high-level administrative and site support to the Corporate Manager, assisting with the coordination of work programmes and corporate activities.
- Act as a key point of contact for staff and visitors, offering guidance on facilities and services.
- Support the identification, monitoring, and escalation of facility issues to ensure risks are managed and standards maintained.
- Administer systems and processes to support efficient team operations, while helping to develop and improve office systems using technology.
- Provide line management support and assist with recruitment as required.
What you'll need for this role:
- 5 GCSEs at grade C or above, including English/English Language and Maths or equivalent educational qualifications.
- OR higher qualification and 2 A Levels.
- OR equivalent qualification or higher qualification and 1 years relevant experience.
- OR 2 years relevant experience.
