Production Operative - Toome - Permanent

About this role:
- £16.00 - £16.50 per hour
- Approximately 40 hours a week
- Immediate start available
- Various shifts available
- Permanent role
What you'll be doing in this role:
- Operate machinery to manufacture precast concrete products (panels, beams, flooring)
- Work to production schedules and meet daily output targets
- Set up moulds and assist with concrete pouring and finishing
- Ensure quality through accurate measurements and specification checks
- Handle raw materials and move products using plant equipment (if trained)
- Collaborate with production teams and quality inspectors
What you’ll need:
- Experience in manufacturing or a fast-paced production environment
- Strong work ethic with a team-focused mindset
- Flexibility for shift work
- High attention to detail and reliability
