Administrator (CECS) - Lisburn
Join a busy Community Equipment and Continence Service in Lisburn as an Administrator, supporting the delivery of a regional service through high-volume call handling, coordination of deliveries and effective administrative support.
About the role:
- £12.75 per hour
- Monday - Friday (9am - 5pm)
- CECS Lissue Industrial Estate, Moira Road, Lisburn
- 37.5 hours per week
- Temporary up to 3 / 4 months
- Public sector

What you'll be doing in this role:
- Operate IT systems (including FPL, LCID, ELMS, and warehouse systems) to support the delivery of Community Equipment and Continence Services.
- Liaise with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate, up-to-date records, while coordinating deliveries and collections with transport teams.
- Handle customer queries in person and by phone, ensuring a professional and timely service.
- Manage documentation, including requisitions, delivery/collection notes, and equipment dockets, ensuring all records are accurately maintained and updated across systems.
What you'll need for this role:
- 12 Month’s relevant experience, experience should be in a customer service/purchasing and logistics environment with regular use of patient administration computer systems and order processing computer systems.
- Five GCSE’s (including GCSE English Language and GCSE Maths (Grades A* to C) OR equivalent qualification to demonstrate literacy and numeracy OR Higher qualifications.
- Must have one year’s experience working with Microsoft Office software to include Word, Excel and Outlook or similar
- Hold a current full driving licence which is valid for use in the UK and have access to a car on appointment. This criterion will be waived in the case of applicants whose disability prohibits driving but who have access to a form of transport approved by The Organisation which will permit them to carry out the duties of the post.
- As part of the Recruitment & Selection process it may be necessary for The Organisation to carry out a Check through Access NI before any appointment to this post can be confirmed.
