Warehouse & Delivery Operative - Lisburn - Full Time
Riada Resourcing is recruiting for a Warehouse & Delivery Operative on behalf of a Public Sector organisation in Lisburn.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy team responsible for the storage, distribution and collection of vital community equipment.
You will play an important role in ensuring warehouse operations run efficiently while providing a reliable delivery and collection service across the community.
About the role:
- £12.71 per hour
- Monday to Friday (8.00 am - 4.00 pm)
- 37.5 hours a week
- Lissue Industrial Estate, Moira Rd, Lisburn
- Immediate start, temporary position

Duties include:
- Provide a high level of cleaning of returned Community Equipment following procedures and Controls Assurance Standards.
- Undertake warehouse duties.
- Maintain and verify records and documentation.
- Carry out daily routine maintenance on the vehicle and minor running repairs.
- Operate lifts and ramps on vehicles.
- Use of mechanical aids such as Hand Pallet trucks and electric orderpicking trucks.
- Undertake training and education as required to improve warehouse performance.
- If required, assist in stores operative duties in other warehouse on Campsie site.
What you'll need for this role:
- A minimum of three GCSE or equivalent (Grades A* – C) including English Language and Mathematics PLUS 1 year procurement/logistics experience
- OR two years’ relevant experience in a procurement/logistics environment.
- Hold a B Driving Licence (ability to drive up to 3.5 Tonne Vehicle).
- Ability to communicate effectively to meet the needs of the service.
