Recruitment Consultant - Coleraine Area - Permanent
 
An established international recruitment business operating within the Animal Health industry is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join its team in the Coleraine area. This role offers the chance to work with a global client base, managing the full recruitment lifecycle while building strong relationships with candidates and clients in a specialist, people-focused sector.
 
About the role:
  • From £27,000 per annum (DOE)
  • Monday to Friday
  • Career progression opportunities
  • Permanent role
What you'll be doing in this role:
  • Responsible for the interviewing and recruitment of candidates within the Veterinary Sector.
  • Understanding the specific requirements of a client company's vacant position to identify the ideal candidate profile.
  • Actively searching for potential candidates through various channels like job boards, networking, and referrals, along with progressing candidate enquiries from the website and internal CRM
  • Reviewing resumes and conducting initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability for each vacancy
  • Conducting in-depth interviews, skills testing, and reference checks to evaluate candidates comprehensively. Advising candidates on the visa, qualifications and experience required for each role and country. 
  • Presenting a curated list of qualified candidates to the client company for further consideration.
  • Coordinating interviews, providing feedback to candidates, and facilitating the offer process
What you'll need for this role:
  • Minimum of one years’ experience working in a sales and target driven environment
  • A Bachelor’s Degree
  • You must be a driver with access to a vehicle
  • Excellent verbal and written communication to interact effectively with both clients and candidates.
  • An ability to understand and learn industry trends, salary benchmarks, and the competitive landscape
  • Familiarity with recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or experience in  a sales environment and utilising CRM Software.
