The Role:

Key Duties:
- Oversee maintenance and repair of mobile plant and equipment
- Manage preventative maintenance schedules and breakdown response
- Lead and support a team of maintenance engineers
- Monitor plant performance and minimise downtime
- Maintain maintenance records and liaise with suppliers/contractors
- Support day-to-day operational efficiency and safety standards
- Equipment Covered: Excavators / Diggers, Loading Shovels, Shredders & Crushers, Skip Wagons & Trailers and Hydraulic & Ancillary Plant Equipment
Criteria:
- Experience in heavy plant or mobile equipment maintenace
- Strong mechanical and hydraulic fault-finding skills
- Previous team leadership or supervisory experience
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work both hands-on and administratively
