About the role:
- £14.06 per hour
- 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Thursday 9:00am - 5:00pm, Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm
- Immediate start until 31st January 2027
- NIMDTA, Beechill Road, Belfast, BT8

Duties include:
- Co-ordinating, monitoring and facilitating the delivery of Trainer Recognition and Faculty Development activities.
- Maintain the Recognised Trainers platform, ensuring data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Co-ordinate and facilitate online learning activities using Microsoft Teams and Zoom, including scheduling sessions, managing registrations, supporting presenters and attendees, and troubleshooting basic technical issues.
- Provide general administrative and operational support.
What you'll need for this role:
- Five GCSE’s (including GCSE English Language and GCSE Maths (Grades A* - C) OR equivalent qualification to demonstrate literacy and numeracy OR Higher Qualification
- OR 18 months' experience working in an office environment carrying out admin duties
- One year’s experience working with Microsoft Office or similar
- Ability to prioritize work to achieve set deadlines
- Effective communication skills, orally, written, and electronically
