- £17.70 per hour
- 4 day working week, 3 day weekend
- Monday to Thursday 7.00 am - 5.00 pm (38 hours per week)
- Overtime paid at enhanced rate
- Immediate, full time jobs
Your focus will be to set and operate CNC Lathe machines using FANUC control systems. Duties will include:
- Generating new programs as per drawing requirements
- Setting tools & producing components to work orders
- Adjustments to tool offsets and program editing
- Select, set and change machine tools
- Using various measuring equipment to meet tolerances
What experience do you need?
- Have extensive experience of Setting and Programming CNC machinery
- Have a good working knowledge of Fanuc Control systems
- Able to create, load, examine and modify CNC programmes
- Able to interpret engineering drawings and written/verbal instructions
- Able to use a wide variety of measuring equipment
