Production Manager - Full Time | Ballymoney
Key Details:
- £Negotiable salary
- 4.5 day working week
- Monday to Friday, day shift
What the Role Offers:
- Full-time permanent position.
- Opportunity to take responsibility for a key production function.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily production operations and supervise the production team.
- Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet deadlines.
- Monitor productivity, quality and workflow performance.
- Allocate work and maintain staffing levels.
- Lead, train and support team members.
- Ensure products meet quality standards and customer specifications.
- Drive process improvements and reduce waste.
- Liaise with Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse and Installation teams.
- Monitor stock and material availability.
- Investigate and resolve production issues.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports.
- Ensure health & safety and housekeeping standards are met.
- Monitor equipment and report maintenance requirements.
- Provide production updates to senior management.
Criteria:
- Previous experience in a Production Management, Production Supervisor or Manufacturing Management role.
- Experience managing and motivating a team within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
- A good understanding of production processes and workflow.
- Ability to work to deadlines and manage competing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good attention to detail with a strong focus on quality.
- A proactive approach to identifying and resolving production issues.
- Good understanding of health and safety requirements within a manufacturing environment.
- Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
