About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and analytical graduate to join a fast-paced operational environment in an Operations Support Graduate position.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, identifying trends and using information to support business decision-making. Working closely with operational managers, you will play a key role in reporting, planning, performance analysis and continuous improvement activities across the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Produce and maintain daily, weekly and monthly KPI reports.
- Analyse operational data and identify trends, risks and opportunities.
- Support labour and resource planning activities.
- Assist with forecasting and performance monitoring.
- Investigate issues and identify root causes using data and operational insight.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational projects.
- Work closely with managers to provide accurate reporting and meaningful business insights.
- Ensure data is accurate, reliable and supports operational decision-making.
- Track actions arising from operational reviews and performance meetings.
Essential Criteria
- Degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Data Analytics, Business Analytics or a related discipline.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interpret data and present meaningful findings.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive and inquisitive approach with the confidence to challenge data where appropriate.
Desirable Criteria
- Placement year or previous experience in an operational, manufacturing, supply chain, logistics or data-led environment.
- Experience using Power BI or similar reporting/dashboard tools.
- Exposure to KPI reporting, forecasting or planning activities.
- Knowledge of Continuous Improvement or Lean methodologies.
- Experience working with ERP, WMS or other business systems.
