About the role:
- Salary: £12.75 per hour
- Location: Beechill House, Belfast
- Hours of Work: 37.5 hours a week, 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Thursday, Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm
- Duration: Immediate start for a period of up to 12 months
- This role closes on Wednesday 23rd September 2026 for suitable CV's.
What you'll be doing in this role:
- Support NIMDTA in the management and co-ordination of
systems and processes to support the delivery of Postgraduate Dental
Education and Training in Northern Ireland.
- Provide high-quality administrative support to ensure the
delivery of departmental and corporate business objectives.
- Form part of a team providing a wide range of administrative
functions, liaising with both NIMDTA internal staff and individuals external to
the organisation.
What you'll need for this role:
- Five GCSE’s (including English Language and Maths (Grades A* - C) OR equivalent qualification to demonstrate literacy and numeracy OR Higher Qualification.
- OR 18 Months’ relevant experience working in an office environment carrying out administrative duties
- Excellent IT skills with one year’s experience working with Microsoft Office (e.g., MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook), or similar.
- Ability to communicate effectively to meet the needs of the post in full
- Ability to use own initiative and work independently, or as part of a team, to ensure that performance targets and objects are met
- Ability to prioritise work to achieve set deadlines
- As part of the Recruitment & Selection process it may be necessary for the Organisation to carry out an Access NI Check through Access NI before any appointment to this post can be confirmed.
