Process Engineer - Full Time | Derry City

Working Hours
- Monday to Thursday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Friday: 8:00am - 12:00pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Support manufacturing operations in achieving world-class standards, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety procedures, policies, and safe systems of work.
- Participate in and lead Lean Six Sigma projects to drive continuous improvement.
- Develop, conduct, analyse, and report on equipment qualifications and validations, including IQ, OQ, and PQ activities.
- Conduct development trials and commercialisation qualification runs alongside R&D and Product Development teams.
- Support the development and testing of new packaging designs.
- Establish Manufacturing Standard Operating Conditions (SOC) in collaboration with operators, supervisors, and technical personnel.
- Identify and justify capital expenditure projects, including the specification and sourcing of new equipment.
- Analyse manufacturing data to identify opportunities for operational improvements.
- Provide technical troubleshooting support across production processes.
Criteria:
- Degree in Engineering or a related discipline, or significant experience within a manufacturing/industrial environment.
- Experience coordinating projects and working across multiple departments.
- Data analytics experience or a strong understanding of analytical techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
