Role:
- To assist the Duty Officer in the delivery of a structured programme of Exercise Classes
- Enabling individuals to develop according to their abilities whilst encouraging and promoting participation.
- Carry out safety checks on equipment.
Criteria:
- A current coaching/teaching qualification in a group exercise discipline (e.g. Pump, Group Spin, Aerobic, Water Aerobics. Dance, Circuits, 50+, HITT)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good standard of physical fitness
- As the nature of this post is likely to involve working with or being in close contact with children and/or vulnerable adults any offer of appointment will be subject to an Enhanced AccessNI Disclosure. Having a criminal record will not necessarily be a bar to obtaining a position. A copy of our Policy on the Recruitment of Ex-Offenders and the AccessNI Code of Practice is available on request.
