About the role:
- £14.06 per hour
- Full-time, Monday to Friday (9.00 am – 5.00 pm)
- Temporary ongoing
- Rosewood Villa, Armagh (hybrid option after 4 weeks)

Duties include:

Supervise team of 9 issuing the daily workload
- Closing escalations raised by the team re queries
- Working with other SROs in RSS
- Covering for the TL
- Updating relevant trackers (roll call, agency, manager training, call transfering)
- Preparing the agenda for team meetings and leading Team Meetings (as required)
- Training as and when required - promoting LEARNHSCNI an involved in Buddy system
- Daily covering of calls and mailboxes
- Making calls to candidates/Managers as requested on survey responses
- Issuing the daily workload
What you'll need for this role:
- 2 A ‘Levels or equivalent / higher qualification; AND 18 months’ experience in a clerical / admin role of which at least 12 months must be within an HR / Recruitment environment OR,
- 3 years’ experience in a in a clerical / admin role of which at least 12 months must be within an HR / Recruitment environment
- Demonstrable experience in the use of Microsoft Office products including as a minimum, Word & Excel
- Strong communication skills with the ability to lead and supervise staff
- An understanding of employment legislation relevant to recruitment and selection
