About the role:
- £14.06 per hour
- Monday to Friday (9.00 am – 5.00 pm)
- 37 hours a week
- Duration: Temporary

What you'll be doing in this role:

Supervise Recruitment Officers while managing a recruitment caseload, ensuring a high-quality, responsive recruitment service.

Oversee the day-to-day use of the e-Recruitment system, ensuring accurate, real-time data and timely progression of recruitment activity.

Communicate effectively with hiring managers and applicants, particularly throughout the pre-employment checks process.

Provide training, guidance and support to Recruitment Officers.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment processes across the organisation.
What you'll need for this role:
- 2 A ‘Levels or equivalent / higher qualification; AND 18 months’ experience in a clerical / admin role of which at least 12 months must be within an HR / Recruitment environment OR,
- 3 years’ experience in a in a clerical / admin role of which at least 12 months must be within an HR / Recruitment environment
- Demonstrable experience in the use of Microsoft Office products including as a minimum, Word & Excel
- Ability to lead and supervise staff.
