Cleaning Supervisor - Coleraine - Full Time
A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join a fast‑paced production environment on a 3‑month temporary contract. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll take ownership of the cleaning function from day one, leading by example, motivating staff and ensuring all hygiene standards and procedures are met to the highest level.
Key Details:
- Pay Rate: £15.00 – £17.00 per hour (depending on experience)
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 3:00pm – 10:00pm
- Occasional Saturdays required
- Immediate start available
- 3 month basis initially
Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate the cleaning team during shift
- Ensure all cleaning duties are carried out to a high standard
- Enforce company cleaning procedures and hygiene protocols
- Bring structure, organisation, and consistency to the team
- Monitor performance and address any issues promptly
- Complete checks and maintain cleaning records/documentation
- Ensure correct and safe use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Promote a safe working environment and adherence to health & safety guidelines
Criteria:
- Proven experience in a Cleaning Supervisor or similar role
- Experience working within a production or food environment (highly desirable)
- Strong understanding of cleaning standards, hygiene, and safety procedures
- Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively
- Confident in implementing and enforcing processes quickly
- Reliable, organised, and able to work on own initiative
