Cleaner/Handyperson (Part Time) - Seasonal - Part Time
We are currently recruiting for a Seasonal Cleaner / Handyperson to support our client's busy period preparing accommodation for conferences and major sporting events.
Key details:
- £Competitive pay rates
- Start date 1st week in July 2026 for approx 2 months
- Working hours: Between 8.00 am and 4.00 pm Monday to Friday (occasional weekends may be required)
- Part time : 15 - 20hrs per week
You will be deep cleaning:
This is a hands-on role combining cleaning and general maintenance support. You will play a key part in ensuring student accommodation is fully prepared to a high standard. Main Duties:
- Deep cleaning of student accommodation blocks
- General cleaning duties across rooms and communal areas
- Litter picking around buildings and external areas
- Moving and handling heavy items such as furniture and equipment
- Assisting with general upkeep and basic handyperson tasks
- Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard
Criteria:
- Previous cleaning experience is advantageous
- Ability to carry out manual handling tasks and move heavy items
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable with a positive work ethic
