Logistics & Operations Administrator - Ballymoney - Permanent 

You’ll be at the heart of daily operations, supporting staff, suppliers, and managers while keeping key records and processes accurate, compliant and up to date.

  • £Negotiable salary 
  • Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

Duties: 
  • Assist the Logistics and Operations Team with day-to-day administrative duties
  • Book and coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for employees
  • Maintain and update employee training records, ensuring information remains accurate and up to date
  • Update and monitor plant and equipment inspection records to support compliance requirements
  • Use Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams, to manage records, documentation, and communication
  • Liaise with employees, managers, and external suppliers to coordinate operational requirements
  • Provide general administrative support, including data entry, document management, filing, and report preparation
  • Demonstrate strong communication and organisational skills while managing multiple tasks and deadlines
Criteria: 
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Proven administrative experience within a busy office or operational environment
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and changing priorities
  • Excellent communication skills, confident liaising with employees, managers, and external suppliers
  • High attention to detail when maintaining records, preparing documents, and completing data entry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
  • Ability to maintain accurate records
