Logistics & Operations Administrator - Ballymoney - Permanent
You’ll be at the heart of daily operations, supporting staff, suppliers, and managers while keeping key records and processes accurate, compliant and up to date.

Duties:
- Assist the Logistics and Operations Team with day-to-day administrative duties
- Book and coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for employees
- Maintain and update employee training records, ensuring information remains accurate and up to date
- Update and monitor plant and equipment inspection records to support compliance requirements
- Use Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams, to manage records, documentation, and communication
- Liaise with employees, managers, and external suppliers to coordinate operational requirements
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry, document management, filing, and report preparation
- Demonstrate strong communication and organisational skills while managing multiple tasks and deadlines
Criteria:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Proven administrative experience within a busy office or operational environment
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and changing priorities
- Excellent communication skills, confident liaising with employees, managers, and external suppliers
- High attention to detail when maintaining records, preparing documents, and completing data entry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
- Ability to maintain accurate records
