Client Relationship Manager – Belfast – Permanent

Duties: 

  • Managing and developing relationships with existing clients
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for customer accounts
  • Identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts and generate new business
  • Working closely with clients and internal teams to design tailored solutions
  • Preparing proposals, quotations and customer presentations
  • Supporting the delivery of IT, cloud and cyber security solutions
  • Conducting regular client meetings both remotely and on-site
  • Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and partners
  • Maintaining an accurate sales forecast and pipeline of opportunities
  • Monitoring performance against sales targets and objectives
  • Reporting on business opportunities and revenue performance

Criteria: 

  • Previous experience in account management, client relationship management or B2B sales
  • Experience within the IT or technology sector
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience preparing proposals, quotations and business presentations
  • Ability to build relationships with decision-makers and senior stakeholders
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A customer-focused and consultative approach
