Learning and Organisational Development Administrator - Belfast
 
Join a team in Belfast as a Learning and Organisational Development Administrator and play a key part in delivering an efficient, client focused, high quality HR Learning and Development service.
 
About the role: 
  • £12.75 per hour
  • Belfast
  • 37.5 hours a week
  • Temporary, approx 6 months

What you'll be doing in this role:
  • Manage and coordinate an effective administration support function in a timely and consistent manner in accordance with Trust policies, procedures and best governance practice.
  • Provide advice and guidance to managers and staff in relation to the application of Learning and Development policies and procedures.
  • Ensure all relevant paperwork is completed in respect of each process and to the agreed standard. This includes but is not limited to Assistance to study, work experience, Corporate Welcome, Personal Development and Performance Reviews (PDPR’s) and Mandatory Training.
  • Advise on all aspects of the trusts Digital Learning Management System.
  • Responsible for the collection and collation of relevant data to enable monitoring, analysis and reporting of Learning and Development activity information as required by internal Trust training providers and external organisations.
  • Responsible for the maintenance of all electronic and paper-based filing systems. This includes the safe storage, retrieval, retention and disposal.
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders including management, staff, trade unions and service users.
What you'll need for this role:
  •  Have 5 GCSE’s (Grade A-C) to include English Language and Maths or equivalent qualification plus 2 year’s administrative / customer service experience at Band 2 or equivalent. OR,
  • NVQ level 2 in Administration / Customer Service plus GCSE Grade A-C English and maths or equivalent qualification plus 2 year’s administrative / customer service experience at Band 2 or equivalent
  • 1 years experience in the use of Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Outlook.  
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills in order to establish positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate excellent organisational skills, with the ability to work to tight timescales within limited resources.
  • Demonstrate experience of maintaining digital information systems
  • Demonstrate ability to work on own initiative and as a member of a team
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the role of a Human Resources function.
