Senior Recruitment Officer - Belfast
Are you a data-driven professional with a passion for systems, reporting and continuous improvement?
We're recruiting for a key role within a busy, Public Sector Recruitment & Selection team, where you'll help deliver an efficient, high-quality recruitment service through the management of reporting, recruitment systems and performance information.
Working closely with managers, customers and operational teams, you'll oversee recruitment data and reporting, support the day-to-day management of e-recruitment systems, identify opportunities for service improvement and provide guidance to junior team members.
About the role:
- £14.06 per hour
- Monday to Friday
- 37.5 hours a week
- Up to 6 months
- Location: Longstone Hospital Site, Armagh
- Public sector
- Closing date: Thursday 4th June 2026, (we may close this role early if we get a high number of suitable applicants)
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, data analysis and working collaboratively to improve processes and service delivery:

Managing recruitment reporting and ensuring data accuracy and integrity

Overseeing e-recruitment systems, testing and fault resolution

Analysing performance data to identify trends and support service improvements

Providing technical support to internal and external system users

Supervising and supporting junior staff

Producing clear, accurate management information and reports

Supporting recruitment activity and ensuring compliance with agreed procedures and KPIs
What you'll need for this role:
- A minimum of 2 A Levels or equivalent / higher qualification AND 12 months of experience in a data analysis or reporting role
- OR 3 years of experience in a data analysis or reporting role
- Demonstratable experience in the use of IT systems including advanced use of MS Excel and Power BI to develop reporting outputs / dashboards
- Experience in the extraction, manipulation, analysis, and presentation of data to support reporting requirements
- Experience working with data within business systems / databases
