Are you a data-driven professional with a passion for systems, reporting and continuous improvement?

We're recruiting for a key role within a busy, Public Sector Recruitment & Selection team, where you'll help deliver an efficient, high-quality recruitment service through the management of reporting, recruitment systems and performance information.

Working closely with managers, customers and operational teams, you'll oversee recruitment data and reporting, support the day-to-day management of e-recruitment systems, identify opportunities for service improvement and provide guidance to junior team members.
 
 About the role:
  • £14.06 per hour
  • Monday to Friday
  • 37.5 hours a week
  • Up to 6 months
  • Location: Longstone Hospital Site, Armagh
  • Public sector
  • Closing date: Thursday 4th June 2026, (we may close this role early if we get a high number of suitable applicants)
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, data analysis and working collaboratively to improve processes and service delivery: 
  • Managing recruitment reporting and ensuring data accuracy and integrity

  • Overseeing e-recruitment systems, testing and fault resolution

  • Analysing performance data to identify trends and support service improvements

  • Providing technical support to internal and external system users

  • Supervising and supporting junior staff

  • Producing clear, accurate management information and reports

  • Supporting recruitment activity and ensuring compliance with agreed procedures and KPIs

What you'll need for this role:
  • A minimum of 2 A Levels or equivalent / higher qualification AND 12 months of experience in a data analysis or reporting role
  • OR 3 years of experience in a data analysis or reporting role
  • Demonstratable experience in the use of IT systems including advanced use of MS Excel and Power BI to develop reporting outputs / dashboards
  • Experience in the extraction, manipulation, analysis, and presentation of data to support reporting requirements
  • Experience working with data within business systems / databases
