Team Secretary - Coleraine
An opportunity has arisen for a Team Secretary to join a busy Learning Disability Team based in Coleraine. This part-time role offers the chance to provide high-quality administrative and secretarial support within a Health and Social Care setting, ensuring the effective coordination of team activities and supporting service delivery.
About the role:
- £Competitive salary
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday
- 27 days annual leave
- 30 hours a week
What you’ll be doing in this role:
- Providing administrative and secretarial support to the Learning Disability Team
- Monitoring and processing referrals using relevant systems
- Attending meetings, taking minutes, and following up on actions
- Preparing reports, correspondence, and documentation using Microsoft Office
- Maintaining spreadsheets, databases, and accurate records
- Collating statistical information and supporting reporting requirements
- Managing telephone, email, and general enquiries
- Liaising with internal departments and external agencies as required
What you’ll need for this role:
- 4 GCSEs (including English Language Grade A–C) and 1 year’s clerical/secretarial experience in an office environment
- OR 2 years’ clerical/secretarial experience in an office environment and GCSE English Grade A–C
- Experience using Microsoft Office packages
- OCR Text Processing Level 2 Award, RSA Stage II Typing/Word Processing (both parts), or equivalent
- OR 2 years’ paid experience using Microsoft packages
