Casual Group Exercise Coaches - Mid & East Antrim Borough Council - Carrickfergus
This role is perfect for coaches looking for extra working hours to fit around their current schedule and wanting to work in the Public Sector.
About the role:
- Class Instructor 1 hour session - £30.00
- Class Instructor 45 min sessions - £27.50
- Hours of Work: Including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Duration of post: Casual, ongoing basis.
- Location: Amphitheatre, Carrickfergus
- Closing date: Monday 26th January 2026 at 4pm
What you'll be doing in this role:
- Delivery of various classes as directed by Duty Officer within the leisure centres
- Provide exercise opportunities to all sections of the community
- Liaise with Duty Officer for successful implementation/delivery
- Identify needs of individual groups
- Assist with groups to ensure equitable access of delivery
- Assist Duty Officer to help monitor the impact of delivery and healthy lifestyles
- Ensure full compliance with Health and Safety requirements and legislation
What you'll need for this role:
- Hold a recognised coaching/teaching qualification
- 1 years' teaching experience in a multiple class environment
- A full current driving licence valid in the UK
