About the role:
- £14.35 per hour
- Monday to Friday (9.00am - 5.00pm)
- 37 hours a week
- Location: Marlborough House, Craigavon
- Holidays: 35 days pro rata
- Duration: Temporary, ongoing

What you'll be doing in this role:
- To provide comprehensive administrative support related to the work of Land & Regeneration Services business unit objectives;
- To assist in the administration of applications and submissions on a range of Land & Regeneration Service functions.
- To assist in the preparation and development of statistical information and management reports.
- Assist in the implementation and review of policies and procedures.
- Assist with the preparation of written reports for senior management on a range of Land & Regeneration Service functions.
- Maintenance and development of Land & Regeneration Service databases or IT support systems using Microsoft packages including e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel or Access.
- Liaise with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders including other statutory bodies and agencies, housing associations, voluntary sector groups and other relevant stakeholders as required.
What you'll need for this role:
- Candidates must have a BTEC Higher or equivalent qualification plus 1 year of relevant general administrative experience.
- OR BTEC National or equivalent qualification plus 2 years of relevant general administrative experience.
- Can demonstrate equivalent continuing professional development/experiential learning and a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience may also be considered.
- As part of the reference checking and vetting process for this position you will be requested to undertake a Basic AccessNI Disclosure. Having a criminal record will not necessarily be a bar to obtaining a position.
