About the role:
- £27.49 per hour
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 37.5 hours a week
- Temporary role on going

What you'll be doing in this role:
- Take lead responsibility for the management and delivery of a range of complex Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Systems and Projects.
- Work with customers to support them across a range of areas including contributing to the development of an ICT strategy, developing a plan to for the implementation of that strategy, identifying ICT solutions to support that implementation, identifying opportunities for systems development.
- Manage the delivery of the ICT elements of those solutions if required.
- Responsible for determining their annual projected programme and project financial spend and overseeing its successful and accurate execution.
- Responsible for interfacing with other programme projects and the relevant HSC and non-HSC organisations impacted by their projects and programmes. The readiness of the business to exploit new capabilities is crucial to success.
What you'll need for this role:
- A university degree or professional qualification (or equivalent and have worked for at least 3 years in a project management role within a major organisation.
- OR Have worked for at least 5 years in the in a project management role within a major organisation
- Demonstrate that you have led on an ICT project over £100,000 or led on a complex workstream on an ICT project/programme over £5Million
- Have at least 3 years’ experience managing teams of people.
- Hold Prince2, MSP, Project Management Professional PMP or equivalent qualification
- Hold a current full driving licence which is valid for use in the UK and have access to a car on appointment. This criteria will be waived in the case of applicants whose disability prohibits driving but who have access to a form of transport approved by the Organisation which will permit them to carry out the duties of the post.
