About the role:
- £12.21 per hour
- Location: Maple Villa, Gransha Site
- 37 hours a week
- Duration: Temporary from 24th November until 31st March 2026

What you'll be doing in this role:
- Maintenance of general filing systems
- Operation of computerized information system.
- Recording and distribution of incoming mail/post and dealing with routine correspondence and outgoing mail and distribution to relevant staff.
- Prioritise and organise work effectively.
- Answering telephone calls and responding appropriately.
- Faxing and photocopying duties.
- Retrieval and returning of records to the records management library.
What you'll need for this role:
- A minimum of 5 GCSE’s (Grades A-C) including English Language or equivalent or a higher educational standard.
- OR 2 year’s administrative / clerical experience
- Applicants must demonstrate experience using Microsoft Office in the workplace.
