Patch Manager - Northern Ireland Housing Executive - Armagh

About the role: 
    - £16.37 per hour
- Monday - Friday, (9:00am - 5:00pm)
- 37 hours per week
- Holidays: 35 days pro rata
- Duration: Temporary, ongoing 
- Public Sector

What you'll be doing in this role: 
    - Tenancy management & sustainment.
- Tenancy termination & management of Housing Executive empty properties (voids).
- Tenancy management of existing and new tenancies.
- Secure tenants seeking to transfer to other social housing.
- Succession, assignment, joint tenancy & direct exchange applications.
- Income collection and rent account management.
- Community involvement, community cohesion and community safety.
- Liaison with the Housing Executive's leasehold unit regarding leaseholders within the patch.    
What you'll need for this role: 
    - Level 6 qualification with a minimum of 1 years relevant experience OR Level 5 qualification with 2 years relevant experience OR Can demonstrate equivalent continuing professional development/experiential learning and 3 years relevant experience.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills to work with diverse tenants and stakeholders.
- Relevant experience is working in a customer focused environment / social services background.
- IT/ Microsoft Office Proficiency: Intermediate.
- A full current driving licence and access to a form of transport.
