About the role:
- £13.26 per hour
- Housing Centre, Belfast
- Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
- 37 hours per week
- Holidays: 35 days pro rata
- Duration: Temporary, ongoing
What you'll be doing in this role:
- Provide timely administrative and co-ordination support including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
- Process correspondence, reports, and other documentation as required.
- Input data, maintain records and reporting systems accurately.
- Making telephone calls to customers on customer satisfaction and recording results.
What you'll need for this role:
- BTEC National, or equivalent plus 1 year’s administrative experience in an office environment, showing clear evidence of excellent written and communication skills OR 5 GCSEs to include Maths and English at grade C or above plus 2 year's of experience OR candidates not holding the above level of qualifications but have 3 years of experience.
- Creation of electronic documents.
- IT/Microsoft Office Proficiency with knowledge of data protection desirable.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- As part of the reference checking and vetting process for this position you will be requested to undertake a Basic AccessNI Disclosure. Having a criminal record will not necessarily be a bar to obtaining a position
