Production Support Administrator - Magherafelt - Permanent
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Production Support Administrator to play a key role in keeping production and site operations running smoothly. Working within a fast-paced environment, you will ensure that materials, systems, and documentation are managed effectively to support the wider team.

What will you be doing?
- Coordinating the ordering of steel and plate materials and assisting with plasma nesting requirements.
- Preparing and issuing production packs, delivery notes, loading paperwork, and handover documentation for projects.
- Managing Powerfab tablets and supporting shop-floor staff with any digital system queries.
- Ensuring full traceability of steel and plates by allocating cast numbers, certificates, and maintaining CE marking records.
- Tracking material deliveries, liaising with suppliers, and arranging external processes such as galvanising.
- Creating and updating picking lists, reconciling stock levels, and keeping production inventory accurate.
- Setting up project folders, directories, and purchase orders to ensure smooth project administration.
- Scanning and filing key documents including delivery records, certificates, and welding wire usage.
- Assisting with cost tracking, payroll data collation, and the preparation of quotations.
- Acting as a first point of contact for incoming calls and administrative enquiries.
What experience do you need?
- Proven experience in a steel fabrication or production environment.
- Knowledge of nesting, steel procurement, and CE marking.
- Proficient in Powerfab or similar digital production software.
- Excellent attention to detail with accurate data handling.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
