About the role:
- £16.37 per hour
- Monday to Friday (9.00 am – 5.00 pm)
- 37 hours per week,
- Holidays: 35 days pro rata
- Duration: Temporary, ongoing

What you'll be doing in this role:
- Provide housing advice and assistance to people, who often have complex needs or are facing difficult circumstances, with a focus on preventing homelessness.
Criteria:
- Hold a degree or equivalent and a minimum of 1 years relevant experience in a customer support environment
- OR Hold a BTEC Higher Cert/Diploma qualification in Housing and a minimum of 1 years relevant experience in a customer support environment
- OR Hold a BTEC Higher Cert/Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a customer support environment
- OR Can demonstrate equivalent continuing professional development or experiential learning and at least 3 years relevant experience in a customer support environment.
- A full current driving licence and access to a form of transport.
- As part of the reference checking and vetting process for this position you will be requested to undertake a Basic AccessNI Disclosure. Having a criminal record will not necessarily be a bar to obtaining a position.
