NI Housing Executive is one of the largest housing bodies in the UK.
About the role:
- £13.91 per hour
- Monday to Friday 9.00 am – 5.00 pm
- Holidays: 35 days pro rata
- Duration: Temporary, ongoing

Duties include:
- Reporting to the Senior Income Officer to assist in the day to day running of the Income Function
- To ensure Rent, Leasehold and Ground Rent accounts are updated in a timely and accurate manner
- Handling of customer’s enquiries and provide various ledger reports ensuring relevant accounts are updated in a timely manner.
- Prepare, process and provide supporting documentation for various month end journals
- Liaising with internal and external customers/ stakeholders
- Filing/archiving of all accounting records in a secure and efficient manner
- Undertake ad-hoc duties which may arise from time to time as identified by the
- Assistant Income Manager.
Criteria:
- Have a 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above including Maths and English, plus demonstrate 2 years of relevant general administrative experience. OR can demonstrate equivalent continuing professional development/experiential learning and a minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
- Experience of functions and formulas within Excel
- Experience of using an Income Management System
