About the role:
- £13.26 per hour
- Monday to Friday
- 37 hours per week
- Holidays: 35 days pro rata
- Duration: Temporary, ongoing

Duties include:
- Provide timely administrative and co-ordination support.
- Ensure data and reports are formatted correctly, to high standards of presentation using word, power point, excel and other IT software as required.
- Proof-read reports and other material.
- Input data, maintain records and reporting systems.
- Respond to queries about data, performance and other records managed by the team.
- Help monitor and manage team inbox.
- Organise the practical arrangements for events as directed.
- Liaising with internal departments as and when required.
Criteria:
- 5 GCSEs to include Maths and English.
- 1 year’s relevant experience in a similar role, showing clear evidence of excellent written and communication skills.
- IT/Microsoft Office Proficiency - Intermediate use of excel, outlook and word.
- The ability to work on their own initiative and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to interact with customers.
- As part of the reference checking and vetting process for this position you will be requested to undertake a Basic AccessNI Disclosure. Having a criminal record will not necessarily be a bar to obtaining a position
