In this role you will be required to provide an efficient and effective clerical service using a range of technology within their allocated work area. You will liaise with appropriate members of staff within the Trust as well as external agencies, members of the public and if appropriate, patients/clients to ensure an accurate, smooth running and comprehensive service
About the role:
- £12.21 per hour
- 37.5 hours per week
- Duration: temporary until October 2025

What you'll be doing in this role:
- Deal professionally with telephone/face to face enquiries from staff within the Trust, those outside the Trust and members of the public, in accordance with laid down protocols.
- Provide clerical support for the department to which they are allocated including the use of a range of technology, photocopying and faxing.
- Open mail and direct correspondence for the attention of appropriate members of staff.
- Organise and provide clerical support within their allocated environment. This may be within corporate support functions, or client / patient facing areas.
- Carry out reception duties, as required.
- Take responsibility for requisitioning and maintaining a supply of stationery as required.
What you'll need for this role:
- 4 GCSEs at Grades A*-C including English Language and Maths or equivalent/higher qualification
- OR
- 1 years’ experience in a clerical/administrative role.
- Experience in the use of Microsoft Office
- Effective communications skills to meet the needs of the post in full.
- As part of the Recruitment & Selection process it will be necessary for the Trust to carry out a Basic Access NI Disclosure.
