Operations Manager - Magherafelt - Permanent

About the role:
  • £60,000 - £70,000 per annum

What you’ll be doing in this role:
  • Oversee structural steel projects from design to installation
  • Coordinate and manage the performance of key team members (Design, QS, Factory & Erection Supervisors)
  • Lead project coordination meetings, ensuring priorities are clear and timelines are met
  • Maintain visibility across design, procurement, fabrication and installation schedules
  • Support commercial decision-making and monitor project budgets alongside the QS
  • Ensure factory output and site installation align with programme milestones
  • Act as primary client contact during project delivery, representing the company professionally
  • Drive collaboration and continuous improvement across teams
What you'll need for this role:
  •  Proven experience in structural steel or construction project delivery
  •  Strong leadership and team coordination skills
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of budgeting and scheduling
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to oversee multiple departments and resolve issues quickly
  • Strong organisational skills and a results-driven mindset
