About the role:
- £60,000 - £70,000 per annum

What you’ll be doing in this role:
- Oversee structural steel projects from design to installation
- Coordinate and manage the performance of key team members (Design, QS, Factory & Erection Supervisors)
- Lead project coordination meetings, ensuring priorities are clear and timelines are met
- Maintain visibility across design, procurement, fabrication and installation schedules
- Support commercial decision-making and monitor project budgets alongside the QS
- Ensure factory output and site installation align with programme milestones
- Act as primary client contact during project delivery, representing the company professionally
- Drive collaboration and continuous improvement across teams
What you'll need for this role:
- Proven experience in structural steel or construction project delivery
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- Commercial awareness and understanding of budgeting and scheduling
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to oversee multiple departments and resolve issues quickly
- Strong organisational skills and a results-driven mindset
