About the role:
- £12.31 per hour
- Monday to Friday (9.00 am – 3.00 pm)
- Duration: Temporary until 28th November 2025

What you'll be doing in this role:
- Undertake a wide range of admin and clerical duties.
- Participate in a formal programme of supervision with designated Line Manager.
- Participate in staff training and quality improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to the necessary collation of statistical returns and other information required on a monthly basis and when required by the Trust.
- Ensure that the policies and procedures of the Trust and Centre are adhered to.
- Collate and distribute information within and outside the Trust, in a timely way.
- Maintaining all information in the office in a structured and accessible manner, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in accordance with legislative needs of the organisation.
What you'll need for this role:
- 4 GCSEs at Grades A*-C including English Language and Maths or equivalent/higher qualification AND 1 years’ experience in a clerical/administrative role. OR,
- 2 years’ experience in a clerical/administrative role.
- Ability to work as part of a Team.
- Ability to use own initiative.
- Good organisational skills with an ability to prioritise own workload.
- Effective communications skills to meet the needs of the post in full.
- Hold a full current driving license valid for use in the UK and have access to a car on appointment.
- As part of the Recruitment & Selection process it will be necessary for the Trust to carry out an Enhanced Access NI Disclosure.
