Legal Secretary - Ballymoney - Permanent
Join a well-established legal team in Ballymoney as a Legal Secretary and provide essential administrative support in a fast-paced legal environment.
This is a fantastic permanent opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and a background in legal administration. Working Monday to Friday, you'll be a key part of the team, assisting with everything from file management and client communication to supporting legal processes and post-completion work. What you'll be doing in this role:

Providing accurate and timely legal administrative support, including submitting searches, handling Land Registry applications, and processing mortgage redemptions.

Carrying out general office administrative duties such as opening and closing files, client ID checks, filing, scanning, photocopying, and faxing.

Managing post-completion work, including preparing and submitting AP1 Land Registry applications.

Scanning and assigning incoming post efficiently and accurately.

Uploading and managing documents through LMS (Legal Management System) when required.

Providing administrative support for Lender Panel Applications and managing the Lender Exchange platform.

Liaising professionally with estate agents, solicitors, clients, and other third parties — in person, over the phone, and in writing — to give updates, respond to queries, and maintain excellent communication throughout.
Criteria:
- Previous experience in a similar role i.e. legal secretary or equivalent
