What will you be doing?
- Inputting purchase orders
- Looking after fleet vehicles making sure taxed/insured etc
- Accepting and signing in deliveries
- Dealing with incoming calls, email/written correspondence
- Processing new electrical installations on internal portal (full training given)
- General office admin
What experience do you need?
- Previous experience in a similar role ie Office Administrator or similar
- Confident using MS Word, Excel, Outlook & Sage (training will be given on Sage)
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Full driving Licence and access to form of transport
