About the role:
- Monday - Thursday 8:00 am - 5:00pm & 8:00 am - 12 noon on Friday
- 38 hours per week
- £Negotiable salary (depending on experience)

You will will provide general technical and administrative support to the Maintenance department. Duties will include:
- General administration as required to support the Maintenance department.
- Ensuring the administration tasks are produced to the correct standard and in a timely manner to ensure the department operates efficiently.
- Liaising with suppliers and contractors.
- Working with purchase orders and invoices.
- Data input using internal/external software.
- Supporting on the delivery of engineering projects.
- Adhere to all relevant company procedures.
- Build good relationships with all areas of the factory and external contractors present on site
- Carry out the scheduling tasks of all engineering works
Criteria:
- 3-5 years experience in an administration role
- Administration qualification
- Maths & English GCSE's grade C or above
