Sales Administrator - Garvagh - Permanent
Are you an experienced Sales Administrator looking to take the next step in your career? As part of a close-knit team, you will collaborate with the Senior Sales Administrator and work directly with the Directors to drive success forward.
About the role:
- Location: Garvagh
- Hours: Monday - Friday, 9.00 am - 5.00 pm
- Salary: £Negotiable salary
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all administrative functions for the sales team, ensuring smooth operations.
- Process orders for equipment and accessories, including receiving stock, verifying prices, and updating supplier contacts.
- Set up workshop jobs for all equipment, accurately posting relevant costs.
- Raise invoices to customers and finance companies for equipment transactions.
- Prepare monthly profit schedules for equipment sales, including creating accruals and prepayments, and performing reconciliations.
- Calculate monthly commission for our sales personnel to ensure timely and accurate payments.
- Prepare monthly stock equipment reports and conduct annual stock checks on-site for equipment and accessories.
- Maintain the CE certification system, ensuring all certificates are promptly sent to customers.
- Handle telephone calls and emails to address customer queries.
Criteria:
- Proven experience in a similar role within sales administration
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask while maintaining a keen eye for detail
- Enthusiastic and positive communicator, able to interact effectively with team members and customers alike
- Proficient in the MS Office suite, ensuring efficient handling of administrative tasks
