- Work Hours: 47 hours per week (Rota-based)
- Shifts: Monday to Thursday: 8:00 am - 9:00 pm / Friday: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm / Saturday: 8:00 am - 2:00 pm

As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring exceptional service while managing their vehicle needs. Day to day duties will include:
- Greeting customers courteously and interpreting their requirements.
- Generating, updating, and managing service schedules and reminders.
- Managing vehicle and customer databases.
- Booking PSV appointments and coordinating job cards in the workshop.
- Monitoring the progress of vehicles and processing job cards.
- Assisting with invoicing and making outbound sales and customer care calls.
- Managing key customer relationships and selling maintenance contracts.
- Liaising with the Workshop Foreman for efficient job planning.
- Providing customers with quotations for additional work and gaining approval.
- Following up with customers upon job completion and explaining the work carried out.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
- Performing general administrative tasks such as running reports, filing, and record management.
What You’ll Need:
- Relevant parts experience in the motor factors or commercial vehicle industry.
- Strong IT skills and experience with stock control systems.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels, both internally and externally.
- A full, clean driving licence.
