Administrative Assistant - 12 months - NI Electricity Networks

About the role:
- Based in Belfast
- Type: Full Time Temporary 12 months initially
- Hours: 37 hour week. Flexibility is required
- £Negotiable salary
- Monday to Friday
You will provide administration support helping support a team across all day to day operational activities. Duties will include:
- Providing administrative support to a team of Maintenance support
- Processing customer requests
- Processing internal work requests
- Arranging customer appointments and scheduling work
- Engaging with customers and dealing proactively with customer enquiries
- Dealing with requests from building contractors and local authorities
- Updating and maintaining team spreadsheets
- Registration and input of data
Criteria:
- Minimum 4 GCSE’s (or equivalent) at Grade C including Mathematics and English Language; or minimum three years recent experience preferably in a clerical / administrative role.
- Developed IT Skills (including MS Office) incl Exel and Word
- Strong numerical skills with good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Current UK driving licence & access to a vehicle for use as required.
- Previous experience working with bespoke IT systems and Smart Sheet
- Recent experience within a busy Office environment.
