Position Overview:
- Duration: 18-month contract (maternity cover)
- Department: Engineering
- Schedule: Monday to Friday

In this pivotal role, you will assist the Maintenance and Engineering Manager in coordinating the daily and weekly department tasks. This involves making sure that all necessary resources are prepared and available for seamless operations. Duties will include:
- Task Management: Receive and review work requests
- Planning & Scheduling: Organise engineering tasks
- Procurement: Source and secure high-quality materials and services needed for completion of tasks
- Communication: Maintain strong communication channels between operations staff and other relevant parties
- Compliance: Actively promote and ensure adherence to the company’s health and safety policies
Criteria:
- Recent graduate with administrative skills
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in IT and comfortable using online systems
- Skilled in using spreadsheets and processing data entry tasks
- Confident in reporting and analysing KPIs.
