Northern Ireland Housing Executive - Clerical Officer - Armagh

About the role:
- Hourly Rate: £11.59 per hour
- Location: Armagh
- Hours of Work: 37.5 hrs per week, Monday to Friday 9.00 am – 5.00 pm
- Holidays: 35 days pro rata
- Duration: Temporary, ongoing

Duties include:
- Provide timely administrative and co-ordination support.
- Ensure data and reports are formatted correctly, to high standards of presentation using word, power point, excel and other IT software as required.
- Input data, maintain records and reporting systems.
- Telephone duties.
- Customer service.
Criteria:
- 4 GCSEs to include Maths and English
- 1 year’s relevant experience in a similar role
- IT/Microsoft Office Proficiency - Beginner
- As part of the reference checking and vetting process for this position you will be requested to undertake a Basic AccessNI Disclosure. Having a criminal record will not necessarily be a bar to obtaining a position
