Riada Resourcing is working with a leading manufacturing organisation in Ballymoney to recruit a Compliance Officer to join their Quality Team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain compliance with quality systems, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct internal audits and support external audits.
- Investigate non-conformances and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain compliance documentation and reports.
- Support supplier quality and compliance activities.
- Analyse quality data and identify improvement opportunities.
- Assist with risk assessments and continuous improvement projects.
- Investigate customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare KPI and compliance reports for management.
- Promote a culture of quality, safety, and compliance.
Essential Criteria:
- Previous experience in Compliance, Quality Assurance, or Quality Systems within manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and audit processes.
- Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
