About the Role:
- £13.05 per hour
- Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm
- 37.5 hours per week,
- Holidays: 35 days pro rata
- Duration: Temporary, ongoing

What you'll be doing in this role:
- Handling incoming customer and stakeholder queries across various communication methods
- Carry out all general admin tasks including filing
- Update records and maintain databases
What you'll need for this role:
- Minimum 2 GCSEs at C or above to include Maths and English (or equivalent Level 2)
- 1 year’s relevant experience in a similar role with clerical / administrative duties
- Demonstrated experience in the use of MS office to include Word / Excel and Outlook
- As part of the reference checking and vetting process for this position you will be requested to undertake a Basic AccessNI Disclosure. Having a criminal record will not necessarily be a bar to obtaining a position
