Riada Resourcing is currently recruiting for Classroom Support Workers to join the register for Northern Regional College across multiple campuses.

The Role

As a Classroom Support Worker, you will:

• Provide support to learners within classroom settings
• Assist students with accessing course materials and activities
• Offer note-taking and examination scribe support where required
• Support learners with additional educational needs
• Assist with mobility and access around campus facilities
• Work closely with lecturing staff and the wider curriculum team
• Supervise students during breaks when required
• Promote student wellbeing, inclusion and independence
• Provide personal care support where necessary

Essential Criteria

Applicants must have either:

• An NVQ Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in Education, Care, or a related subject

OR

• At least 12 months' experience in one of the following:
  • Supporting young people or adults on a one-to-one basis
  • Working within a school, FE or HE environment
  • Supporting individuals with disabilities or additional learning needs
  • Delivering study skills or educational support
• Please note: Successful applicants will be required to complete an Enhanced AccessNI check. Placement on the Register does not guarantee hours of work, with assignments offered in line with operational requirements.
