Riada are recruiting on behalf of Northern Ireland Housing Executive for a Senior Admin Officer based in Cookstown.

About the Role:
- £14.35 per hour
- Monday - Friday
- 37 hours per week
- Holiday Entitlement: 35 days pro-rata
- Duration: Temporary, ongoing

What you'll be doing in this role:
- Support the Area Management team in respect of a range of housing administrative activities to facilitate the smooth running of offices within the Area
- Organisation of people, housing and other information, meetings and other resources.
- Report to a designated manager ensuring that relevant records are up to date and that designated administrative processes work effectively.
- The role will be shaped to local office needs.
What you'll need for this role:
- Hold a BTEC National or equivalent Level 3 qualification, or above PLUS demonstrate 1 year of relevant general administrative experience*
- OR have 5 GCSEs, grade A - C including English and Maths or equivalent qualification, or above PLUS demonstrate 2 years of relevant general administrative experience*
- OR can demonstrate equivalent continuing professional development/experiential learning plus a minimum of 3 years relevant general administrative experience*
- *providing efficient, organised, and accurate recording and storage of information in line with organisational policies
- Demonstrated experience of working effectively under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
- Demonstrate strong communication skills
- Possess a current driving licence or have access to a form of transport to meet the requirements of the role in full
- As part of the reference checking and vetting process for this position you will be requested to undertake a Basic Access NI Disclosure. Having a criminal record will not necessarily be a bar to obtaining a position.
