This is an exciting opportunity to develop your career in recruitment, sourcing exceptional talent and delivering outstanding recruitment solutions to employers across Northern Ireland. What you'll be doing in this role:
- Source, attract and interview candidates for a wide range of vacancies
- Build relationships with candidates and develop talent pipelines
- Manage vacancies and support clients throughout the recruitment process
- Advertise roles and utilise job boards, social media and networking to attract talent
- Coordinate interviews and negotiate job offers
- Maintain accurate candidate and client records
- Ensure compliance with recruitment and employment legislation
- Support business development activities and identify new recruitment opportunities
- Deliver excellent service to both candidates and clients
- Work towards individual and team recruitment targets
What you'll need for this role:
- Previous experience in recruitment, administration, customer service, sales, or a similar office-based environment
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with candidates, colleagues and clients
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Professional and confidential approach when handling sensitive information
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn and a proactive approach to work
