Paint Line Operatives - Maghera Area - Full Time
A reputable and well-established manufacturing organisation based in the Maghera / Upperlands area is seeking Paint Line Operatives to join their busy production team. This opportunity is ideal for individuals looking to build experience within a busy manufacturing environment, with the potential to secure a permanent position.
The Role:
- £13.49 per hour
- Monday to Thursday: 07:00 am – 17:00 pm / Friday: 07:00 am – 11:30 am
- Day shift hours
- Early finish every Friday
- Immediate start
- Temp to perm opportunity
Duties:
- Work as part of a busy paint line and production team
- Load and unload components onto the paint line
- Prepare components and materials for the painting process
- Carry out visual quality checks on finished products
- Ensure components meet required quality standards
- Assist with general production duties as required
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
Criteria:
- Previous experience within a production or manufacturing setting is desirable, but not essential
- Previous paint line or similar experience would be advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Physically capable and comfortable working in a hands-on role
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
