- Salary: £26,500 - £32,000 per annum
- Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8.00am - 5.00pm and Friday: 8.00am - 12.00pm

About the Opportunity
An established and growing manufacturing company in the Derry/Londonderry area is seeking a Maintenance Administrator / Coordinator to join its team.
This is a busy and varied role supporting the Maintenance department with both technical and administrative activities. The successful candidate will play an important part in ensuring maintenance processes, documentation and calibration schedules are coordinated effectively, helping to support the smooth operation of a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Maintenance department
- Coordinate maintenance documentation and records
- Assist with calibration schedules and associated documentation
- Support the planning and tracking of maintenance activities and milestones
- Maintain accurate records, reports and databases
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure maintenance requirements are met
- Ensure documentation is updated and maintained in line with company procedures
- Support continuous improvement activities within the department
Criteria:
- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) at Grade C or above
- 3-5 years' experience in an administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Ability to prioritise workload and work on multiple tasks simultaneously
